11. Relationship of Parties

Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture between you and Amara Quinn. This is strictly a commercial transaction between a digital content provider and a customer.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that region.
